We are always transforming. We are people of action. By reflecting on past experiences, by using meditation to listen to inner guidance, by using our reason to create oportunities to give our gifts or fruits to others. We transform ourselves to our most autheintic and true expresion of conciousness. When a spark for change comes into an individual he can create a difference to the world

Education is key for growth and reason. We are all teachers. Lets learn to aknowledge those gifts and share them with others. Im commited with meditation, intention, yoga, having a healthy mind and body and always grow and learn.

Empowerment I relate with cultivating Faith. Faith in yourself that you can accomplish the goals you set yourself to do. All you have to do is take action towards them. Reflect on how it went and what. you learnt, and create new steps of actions for next day. If you work with integrity and congratulate yourself daily for all the action you are taking achieving those goals will be inevitable.
