Intention + Meditation
Orient to the room, notice your starting state and choose a quality to practice rather than an outcome to perform.

POWERFUL FLOW YOGA
An original heat-building, breath-led sequence that begins with intention, travels through disciplined movement and returns you to stillness.
THE JOURNEY

Mat down. Props within reach. Step into the room and meet the practice as you are.

Orient to the room, notice your starting state and choose a quality to practice rather than an outcome to perform.
Accessible standing breathing inspired by hot-yoga traditions. No forced depth, long retention or dizziness-as-progress.

A repeatable pattern to warm major joints, connect breath and movement, and establish a personal pace.
Standing strength and larger transitions increase demand while familiar repetition keeps the practice readable.

A changing sequence of balances, lunges and directional movement that develops coordination and curiosity.
Optional, progressive shapes for the front body and spine—from supported versions to stronger expressions when appropriate.

Gentle Ujjayi may accompany the physical practice as an audible thread. Return to ordinary breathing whenever it feels strained.
Floor work, rest and quiet let effort settle. The journey ends by noticing what has changed—not by chasing one more pose.
THE MODALITY
Power vinyasa, hot-yoga, Ashtanga and Hatha each give Journey Towards the Sun something essential: heat, balance, breath, focus, expansion and the freedom to choose.
No one practice sits above the others. Together they create a movement journey where challenge sharpens attention, drishti steadies the mind, breath sets the pace and every pause gives you time to feel, expand and decide what comes next.

A MOMENT TO TAKE WITH YOU
“Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.”Patañjali · Yoga Sutra 1.2
Let movement become a way to gather your attention. Notice the breath, soften the noise and return to the present.
