MVMNTO · Recover

A multicultural group stretching and recovering together
MVMNTO / ZONE 03

RECOVER · RESET BAY

ReturnReady.

Recovery is not the absence of training. It is how effort becomes something the Body can use again.

WHY THIS ROOM EXISTS

Make room for the next effort.

This zone uses gentle, deliberate practices to explore tension, comfortable range, circulation and downshifting after work or training. Nothing here needs to hurt to be useful. Recovery works best when it respects context: sleep, stress, soreness, injury history and the day you are actually having.

CHOOSE A BRANCH

Three ways to reset.

01 · LENGTHEN

Stretch

Short sequences for commonly loaded areas after sitting, training or running. Comfortable range, steady breathing and no forced depth.

Range · Ease · ResetExplore the practice →
02 · RELEASE

Fascia Release

Self-directed pressure with rollers or simple props. Learn to adjust pressure, linger briefly and avoid chasing pain.

Pressure · Texture · AwarenessExplore the practice →
03 · RHYTHM

Lymphatic Movement

Very gentle rhythmic movement, walking, arm patterns and diaphragmatic breathing for body awareness and an easy sense of circulation.

Gentle · Rhythmic · Whole BodyExplore the practice →

RECOVERY RULES

Less force. More feedback.

PRESSURE

Useful, not punishing

Choose pressure you can breathe through without bracing. Avoid rolling directly over joints, acute injuries or unexplained swelling.

RANGE

Comfort before depth

Movement should feel smooth and controllable. Back away from sharp, electric or radiating sensations.

CONTEXT

Know when to refer

Persistent pain, swelling, recent surgery or diagnosed lymphatic conditions belong with an appropriately qualified clinician.
